- Monitor the security of your property
- Visual assessment of need for repairs
- Check systems (Heat, A/C, Hot water, Electric, Cable, Wi-Fi, Security Alarms, Fire Alarms, CO2 Alarms, Irrigation, Hot Tub or Pool, Yard Work, Plowing, Dehumidifiers, Radon Mitigation, etc.)
- Respond to security, fire, low temperature alarms and power outages as needed
- Check property after major storms
Home Maintenance
- Perform DIY and cosmetic repairs if possible
- Meet potential service providers to assess and estimate larger repairs
- Schedule repair work with service providers
- Give access to and supervise service providers while on premises
- Check service provider work and send visual and written updates on work
- Track and approve service provider billing
